Please note: This is not a visiting address. Products are shipped directly from the warehouse to customers. In-person visits or order collections are not possible.
2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made through the Auto Trade Biz webshop. By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and Information
Auto Trade Biz offers car care, detailing, and related products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing at all times. However, minor deviations in appearance, packaging, or colour may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
All products must be used in accordance with the provided instructions. The customer is responsible for reading product labels, instructions, and warnings before use.
4. Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order via the webshop and receives an order confirmation by email. Auto Trade Biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected misuse, or suspected fraud.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment systems. Available payment methods may include iDEAL, credit cards, debit cards, and other options offered at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances.
The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment the order is delivered to the specified address.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Auto Trade Biz by email within the withdrawal period.
Return conditions:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Used or damaged products
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons once opened
8. Returns and Refunds
After inspection and approval of returned goods, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded using the original payment method. If returned products do not meet the return conditions, Auto Trade Biz reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount.
9. Warranty and Liability
All products are covered by statutory warranty under Dutch law. This means products must meet reasonable expectations based on the product description.
Auto Trade Biz is not liable for:
- Damage caused by incorrect or improper use
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
10. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email to info@autotradebiz.com within a reasonable period after discovering the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Consumers may also submit disputes via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Hello Benelux or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
14. Amendments
Auto Trade Biz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of the order shall apply.
