Shipping costs and delivery
1. General Information
This webshop operates under the trade name Auto Trade Biz and is operated by Hello Benelux, registered in the Netherlands. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Amsterdam.

Orders are shipped directly to customers; collection from the warehouse is not possible.
2. Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Order processing includes:
- Order verification
- Picking and packing in our warehouse
- Preparation for shipment and handover to the carrier
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Carriers
All shipments are handled via PostNL or PostNL-partner carriers for international deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Parcel weight and size
- Applicable PostNL rates (2025)
Shipping costs are always shown clearly before completing your order.

Netherlands
- Standard parcel shipping starting from approximately €8.95
- Free shipping may apply during promotions or above a certain order value (if advertised)
Europe (EU)
- Shipping costs generally range from €10.95 to €24.95, depending on destination and parcel size
Final shipping costs are always visible during checkout and may vary depending on current carrier tariffs.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

- 1–2 business days after shipment
Belgium & Germany
- 2–3 business days
Other EU countries
- 3–7 business days, depending on destination
International deliveries outside the EU may take longer and may be subject to customs procedures.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Peak shipping periods
Auto Trade Biz cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
9. International Shipping & Customs
For deliveries outside the Netherlands:
- Local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply
- These costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
