Returns & Cancellations
1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email within the withdrawal period.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned complete, including accessories and manuals
- You must handle the product with care during the withdrawal period
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the product shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered
- Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Returns should be sent only after confirmation from our customer service.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, once the seal has been broken
- Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalised
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible via email.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and the standard return conditions will apply.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
